We understand the trials and tribulations of operating a small or medium size business and making it a success on limited resources. We also understand the concerns about bringing in outside people to tell you how to run your business, after all you didn’t go it alone to be told what to do!
Therefore we have tailored our services to be complimentary, flexible and cost effective especially for SME’s and for you to keep total control of your business, how we do things and the costs at all times. The truth is that you need to work with partners to run your business, be it the bank, the accountant or solicitor, suppliers and so on, the big difference is that we are on your side, we work for you on your behalf and with your best interest in mind. In time we would aim to become your “business buddy” so you can get a second opinion, share ideas and confide with.
We can work to a limited brief to deliver a solution, or we can carry out a health check on your business and suggest changes that may improve the performance and efficiency of your business. We work at our best if you allow us to learn about your business, this helps us to understand your business in detail, what’s working and what’s not and really get stuck in. We will not tell you what to do then leave a big report and walk away, instead we will work with you to find and put in place the solutions needed to get the results you want as fast as possible but at a pace and budget that suits you.
We will work with your existing trusted suppliers or point you to suppliers we have worked with and trust. The unique thing about the way we work is that we will take responsibility and manage all the parties involved to deliver the results (unless you do not want us to).
For example: You want to take your business online using existing and new suppliers, say using web designers, graphic designers, hosting, software writers, SEO and advertising agencies. We will help you to formulate a streamlined plan, make informed decisions and buy well, avoiding expensive mistakes and saving money too. Then we will manage an co-ordinate all the teams until your website is online, this means you can get involved to the level you want to and still manage to run your day to day business affairs without hindrance, as a result this also means you make the best of an opportunity without delay.
Where do we start
First we will come and meet you to get an idea of your business and understand your immediate concerns or ideas, we will try to evaluate the cause of any problems and identify objectives. This meeting is informal, FREE of charge and without obligation, all we ask is that you can attend without distractions and we’ll need a mug of coffee! Following the initial meeting we will give you our honest opinion as to whether we feel that we can make a worthwhile contribution to your business that will give you a positive return on your investment, if so we will present our proposal to you outlining our suggestions and costs.
